【摘 要】 了解乡镇卫生院护理人员的职业压力产生的来源、形成心理压力后所产生的后果以及应该采取的应对方法。社会、家庭和医院等应该加大对乡镇卫生院工作在第一线的护理人员的关爱，降低乡镇卫生院护理人员的职业压力，使她们能够更好的做好基层的护理服务工作。
